Selects JHIIC air product for new memory fab in South China
Air Products Chinese firm Fujian Jinhua integrated circuit (JHICC) has been selected to supply industrial gases for new memory fab. Fab is located in Fujian (Jinjiang) Integrated Circuit Industrial Park, Quanzhou City of Fujian Province, in China, which is expected to serve as an industry base for the development of integrated circuit (IC). Under the agreement, the Air Products will be engaged in the manufacture of a nitrogen plant that will supply the purity of a broad range of nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, helium and argon gases, to meet the requirements of the JHICC Fab. Air Products China Industrial Gases President saw Chun Seong said: "We are very respected to be elected to support this important project in China's development of IC industry.
